Kelsey Mahan is the Director of Sapphire ELC, bringing a robust background in education and a deep commitment to student success. A graduate of the University of Montana, where she earned her Masters in Education, Kelsey spent eight years as a middle school English teacher in Stevensville, honing her skills in curriculum development and student engagement.

After a brief break from teaching, Kelsey’s commitment to education led her to the Director role at Sapphire ELC, a place she already knew and trusted as a parent. She is eager to contribute her expertise and enthusiasm to the Sapphire ELC community, supporting staff, students, and families in their educational journey.

In her spare time, you can find Kelsey at the river, or on the hiking trails spending time with her husband Brent, daughter Oakley, son Mac, and two dogs Whiskey and Tank. She is an avid lover of sports (Go Raiders!), cooking and reading.
